MEN'S WORK FACILITATOR

My journey in the men's movement and mentorship has been a transformative one, both for myself and the individuals and groups I have guided. With 15 years of experience, I have become an adept mentor, leading breakthrough work and initiating ‘rites-of-passage’ experiences.

What sets me apart is my background in acting, which has proven invaluable in this work. My interest in psychodrama and mythodrama allows me to create powerful experiences that tap into the depths of the human psyche, fostering healing and personal growth.

Influenced by Jungian practitioners , Robert Moore, Douglas Gillette and Hugh P Newton, I delve into the realm of archetypes and their bi-polar manifestations, guiding others in understanding and integrating their shadows. I believe that embracing the dark aspects of the self is crucial for personal transformation.

Beyond my work with individuals and groups, I have also volunteered and dedicated over 14 years of my time to supporting the mentoring charity, A Band of Brothers whose target cohort are young adult men emerging from prisons and/or institutions. Statistically significant to their success is that 80% of participants do not reoffend and in fact, show evidence of clear patterns of personal growth linked to mature choices.

I am currently co-leading with Hugh Newton on his ‘Sovereign’s Journey’ men’s retreats, following the 2022 publication of his book, The Sovereign’s Journey.
